You must read Terms and conditions before booking with us . Our Terms are documented below are between you and UmrahHajjtour.co.uk.
All Passengers are travelling to Makkah to perfrom Umrah and Haj must make sure their Ihram garments and sleepers for walking are in their hand luggage. Can you change your clothes to Ihram inside the plane or from United Kingdom airport, before landing in Jeddah airport
Important Notes;
• Passengers are reminded there is no possibility of changing hotel , flight dates or journey back to home.
• Tawaf ul Wid'a must be performed by all pilgrims before leaving Makkah going to Madinah airport.
• You are not allowed to Enter Makkah. Once let for madinah, according to haj Ministry during Haj.
• You will be informed for the date of travelling to Medinah and Ziyarat. Expected itinerary of the journey is advertised on our website.
• All Pictures on our website are for reference and services provided by Umrahhajtour.co.uk.
• All Pilgrims must make their own daily programme of worship. i.e. to perform Namaz and Nawafil.
Advice to Clients
• Please keep your Identity Card with you all time provided by us as it contains important information and contact details.
• You must keep the Card of Makkah or Madinah hotel providing to you to access your room.
• Water in your bag if you feel thirsty.
• Use hotel safe to secure important items like extra cash, important documents.
• You have to be patient at the airport as you have to wait 6 – 9 hours at Jeddah airport for immigration purpose.
• Do attend Islamic educational programme arranged by Umrahhajtour.co.uk as we explain all matters in details and you can ask questions also.
Airplane Booking
We will reserve and confirm your Flight Ticket. E- Ticket must be presented at the airport.
Hospital Services
Hospital service in Saudi Arabia is free of cost for pilgrims. If you wish to be treated in the private hospital, you must bare the expenses. Private hospitals take payments before admission and they do not wait for Travel Insurance payment.
Passengers Luggage
We do not take any responsibility of your luggage being lost or damaged by the airlines. You are responsible for your luggage and items in them. You must lock your luggage properly before leaving your room, we donot take care or look after your bags during salat or if you are not present in the room. Each individual is fully responsible to look after his/her belonging.
Meals
Complementary meals will be provided by the hotel as mentioned in your package. At the time of booking the package you will be fully informed about the meals service of the hotel.
Hotels Room Key
Last pilgrim leaving the room must hand it over to hotel reception so that first person arriving back must be able to access the room. You must not take the key to Haram Sharif unless its your own family room and you are responsible for everyone in the room.
Visa application
• We will organize your Visa application with the Saudi Consulate. Confirm E – ticket is required once applying for the visa. We will issue your flights ticket also.
• Applicants passport must be 9 months valid from the date of departure.
• 2 Passport size pictures.
• Meningitis Certificate Valid.
• Application form completed.
• Proof of Mehram/Kinship required documents must be submitted with the Visa application.
Cancellation Policy,
All payment made to Umrahhajtour.co.uk are non- refundable and non– transferable. All Outstanding balance must be made before departure. We can cancel your Package if payments are not cleared in time.
